Statement of Faith

Purpose and Mission

We believe that all humanity exists to glorify God and enjoy Him forever (Romans 11:36; Psalm 16:11). As a community of women, we are dedicated to supporting one another with encouragement, resources, and discipleship to grow in our faith, live according to God’s Word, and fulfill our God-given purposes.

God’s Word

We believe the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is without error in its original writings and serves as the ultimate guide for salvation, faith, and life. As women, we treasure Scripture, seeking to study and apply it individually and collectively to deepen our relationship with God.

    •    “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” (Psalm 119:105)

    •    “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

The Trinity

We believe in one true God, who exists eternally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. These three are equal in power and glory, working together in perfect unity to fulfill God’s will.

    •    “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19)

    •    “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.” (Deuteronomy 6:4)

God the Father

We believe God is sovereign, eternal, and infinitely powerful. He created and sustains all things for His glory. He is merciful and intimately involved in the lives of His children, hearing their prayers and saving those who come to Him through Jesus Christ.

    •    “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” (Genesis 1:1)

    •    “The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom rules over all.” (Psalm 103:19)

God the Son (Jesus Christ)

We believe Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, became fully human while remaining fully God. He lived a sinless life, died as a substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, and rose again on the third day. Through His life, death, and resurrection, He secured our salvation and now intercedes for us at the right hand of God. He will return to establish His eternal kingdom.

    •    “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)

    •    “For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day.” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

God the Spirit (The Holy Spirit)

We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God and actively works to glorify Jesus Christ. The Spirit convicts unbelievers, regenerates hearts, and indwells all believers, equipping and empowering them for godly living and service.

    •    “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.” (John 14:26)

    •    “You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you.” (Romans 8:9)

Women in Community

We believe women are uniquely created in God’s image (Genesis 1:27) and are called to glorify Him through their gifts, relationships, and lives. God has called us to encourage and equip one another through mentorship, discipleship, and prayer, fostering a strong and supportive community.

• “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10)

• “Older women… are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children.” (Titus 2:3-4)

Salvation

We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is a gift of God, not earned by works, but given freely to those who trust in Jesus Christ. Through salvation, we are justified, adopted as children of God, and empowered to live for His glory.

    •    “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2:8)

    •    “Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 5:1)

The Church

We believe the church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers from every time and place. It exists to proclaim the gospel, equip believers, and serve others. As women, we seek to contribute to the church’s mission by living on purpose, ministering to others, and representing Christ in the world.

    •    “Now you are the body of Christ, and individually members of it.” (1 Corinthians 12:27)

    •    “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together.” (Hebrews 10:24-25)

Christ’s Return

We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ. He will come again to defeat Satan, judge the living and the dead, and establish His eternal kingdom. As women of faith, we live with hope and anticipation, striving to make the most of the time we have been given.

• “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.” (John 14:3)

• “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God.” (1 Thessalonians 4:16)
